Does Salsify Chat work with International Retailers or Brands?

The system can support any brand or retailer regardless of location.  To date we have only integrated with 3 domestic retailers but expect to add more in the future. 

What chat systems does this support?

We will support Olark, Zendesk (Enterprise), LivePerson, and LiveChat for freemium clients. Enterprise plans support integrations with Salesforce, TouchCommerce, Bold Chat, and others.

Is Salsify Chat integrated with Insights?

We are currently working on a roadmap for integrating Salsify Chat with Insights.
